The eco-friendly automatic cable wire recycling machine is a piece of equipment designed to process waste electrical wires. It handles various types of cables and wires, including those from household appliances, communication lines and computer cables—all of which are difficult to process. Cables of different sizes and types can be shredded simultaneously. It enables the dry separation and recovery of copper and plastic from various types of waste electrical wires. The cable wire recycling machine features high production capacity, high sorting efficiency, energy efficiency and environmental friendliness, single-batch feeding, an integrated multi-unit system (comprising a shredder, feeder, cyclone separator, pulse dust collector, dry sorting unit, air classification unit, etc.), and a fully automated control system. Production can be completed with just one operator responsible for feeding the material. We are equipped with advanced dust collection systems. These not only improve the quality and purity of the recovered copper but also enable the recycling and reuse of plastic. The separated finished materials can be sold directly, whilst simultaneously addressing environmental pollution issues.

Scrap electrical wires and cables are first conveyed via a feed conveyor to a shredder, where they undergo shearing to produce strips measuring 3–4 cm in length. The material then enters a high-speed crusher, where it is rapidly impacted until reduced to granular form. Immediately afterwards, the material falls into the gravity separation system. Under the action of airflow, the two materials—which have different densities—are deflected as they move across a screen surface set at a specific angle, undergoing oscillatory motion. The denser copper wires are continuously carried towards the copper outlet by the vibration of the screen surface and the airflow. The less dense plastic particles float on top of the copper wires and flow towards the other discharge outlets. The separated feedstock then passes through an electrostatic separator, which separates out even finer plastic and copper particles. This achieves the objective of separating copper from plastic. The entire production line is equipped with a pulse dust collector to purify the dust generated during the process.
