Technological Process
The main components of the cable wire granulator machine (shredder, feeder and sorting equipment) are mounted on a single base, which is stable, highly versatile and easy to operate. It can simultaneously shred waste wires and cables of varying diameters, including mixtures of various types of scrap copper wire. Following shredding and screening, clean copper granules and plastic can be separated. The machine is equipped with a closed-circuit pulse dust collection and filtration system to control dust emissions. The copper wire recycling machine recovers copper granules more efficiently and with a high degree of purity. The entire system utilises an intelligent control system.
Scrap copper wires are fed through the inlet into a high-speed shredder, where they are struck and crushed into granules. The shredded material is then subjected to air classification and gravity separation to separate the copper granules from the plastic. Taking advantage of differences in material density, the screening unit is designed with an inclined screen. As the screen vibrates continuously, the denser material is discharged from the front outlet, whilst the remaining, lighter material is conveyed to the rear outlet. This completes the separation and recovery of copper and plastic.
