Product Details

The  copper wire granulator machine, also known as a copper wire recycling machine or scrap wire and cable processing equipment, is primarily used for the recycling and processing of oil-free scrap cables, such as telecommunications cables, automotive wiring, computer cables, telephone lines and household appliance wiring. It utilises a pulse dust collector to effectively control dust emissions, achieving a dust removal rate of up to 99 per cent and ensuring there is no dust pollution. The copper granulator is a piece of equipment specifically designed to process scrap wire. It utilises physical crushing and separation to separate the copper from the plastic within the scrap wire, thereby producing pure copper granules and plastic pellets. This equipment plays a vital role in the scrap wire recycling industry.

VTM-1000 Copper Wire Granulator Machine

This equipment can process various types of scrap electrical wires, scrap telecommunications cables, headphone cables, charging cables, power cables, and scrap wires ranging from 5 to 20 mm in diameter.

Technological Process

Fully Automatic Copper Wire  Granulator Machine: A shredder is used to break the material down into chunks of approximately 2–3 cm. The material is then finely ground at high speed using the blades of a secondary crusher. It is subsequently fed into a high-precision air classification system for sorting, thereby separating the plastic from the copper. Any plastic that has not been completely separated is then subjected to fine sorting via an electrostatic separator, thus ensuring a high copper recovery rate. The copper wire  granulator machine features an innovative and unique design, offering high production capacity, low power consumption and high sorting efficiency. The process is completed through a single batch feed and the coordinated operation of multiple machines, with the entire process controlled by a PLC. The successful development of this equipment not only resolves the issues associated with the copper extraction method involving incineration but also improves the quality of recycled copper. Furthermore, it enables the recycling of plastic whilst preventing environmental pollution.

Advantageous

  1. The complete set of equipment features a compact structure, a rational layout, quick and easy installation, and an aesthetically pleasing design.
  2. The upstream shredder utilises a high-hardness spindle and operates on a tearing principle, comprising micro-blades and cylindrical blade shafts. This significantly reduces expenditure on wear parts.
  3. The equipment is PLC-controlled, enabling uniform feeding, intelligent operation and automatic alarm functions. This ensures the stable operation of the equipment to the greatest extent possible.
  4. Equipment such as the pulveriser, dust collector and air classifier are arranged in a modular platform configuration. This facilitates the movement and transport of the equipment, thereby achieving a sorting efficiency of over 99 per cent.
  5. A recirculation system is fitted to enable secondary pulverisation of semi-finished products, ensuring the complete separation of packaged metal from scrap metal.
  6. Wear parts, including blades and screens, are manufactured from special wear-resistant, high-toughness alloy materials. This extends service life and reduces production costs.
