Complete
electric motor recycling machine: When dismantling a motor, the stator of the scrap motor is first fitted onto the drum support column. A cutting blade is then lowered to sever the copper windings of the motor stator. The copper wire is subsequently pulled out four times to ensure it is completely removed. The complete set of equipment can also be fitted with a copper-pulling machine. The power rating for extracting the copper wire is quite high.
The electric motor recycling machine primarily consists of key components such as the main housing, fixed blade and moving blade. Equipped with a 3 kW electric motor, it is a low-speed, high-torque piece of machinery. It offers high processing capacity and low energy consumption. When the material is conveyed to a point 20 centimetres from the magnetic roller, ferrous metals are attracted to the roller, whilst the copper is conveyed onwards to the designated area.
